In the vast world of Software Engineering, I’ve found my niche. It’s not just about writing code for me—it’s about leadership. I take great pride in my journey, from a passionate coder to someone who now guides projects with a clear vision. The balance I’ve struck between meeting the expectations of my managers and nurturing the talents of the developers I lead has been a rewarding challenge. At its core, this balance thrives on open dialogue, teamwork, and our shared ambition for excellence.

With my team, I’ve always championed an approach that emphasizes product-focused decision-making and agility. And it’s not just about strategies—it’s about hands-on work. Together, using tools like Javascript, React, and Python frameworks such as Flask and Django, we’ve birthed some truly exceptional software.

Thinking back to my time at Kyung Hee University, I took risks. Venturing into mathematical libraries within Python, I envisioned a future with unmanned drone ports. This drive to innovate and anticipate future needs has shaped my professional journey, garnering respect from those I work with.

Beyond the code, there’s community. As the chairperson for the Kiwi Alumni in South Korea, I’ve come to appreciate the value of connections and community even more. I’m a firm believer that technology, when infused with genuine collaboration, has the power to revolutionize. And with the unwavering trust of my team and seniors, I’m here, eager and ready, to push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.
