Personal Statement

My profession and career experience includes Human-Computer Interface Design, Software Engineering and Network Operation Support. The tools I have experience using daily include front-end web languages such as Javascript, React. Secondly, front-end mobile languages Dart used for cross-platform 2D mobile applications. I have experience with creating RESTFUL APIs with back-end web libraries written in Python (Flask and Django). During my studies at Kyung Hee University, I learnt and applied mathematical libraries with Python to solve a future issue regarding the deployment of unmanned drone port charging stations.

Work Experience

• Ensure the entire company is kept up to date with major and minor network impacting events in New Zealand
• Work within a team of over 100 people to ensure service to millions of nationwide customers
• Manage service impacting events, proactive and reactive.
• Assist special events requiring extra resources including cell towers and mobile base stations.
• Assist roaming activities to keep our overseas partners visiting customers in coverage.
